Why do I get this exit off my screen

When that exit appears especially when my data is on I can't type or control anything on my samsung duos gt7582

Nothing happens. The only key that works is the home key and it happens to all the applications that uses data.

Have you tried running in Safe Mode (disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them)? If it stops appearing then it is caused by an app that you added. Determine which one.

Usually ... with power on ... long press on power key ... when dialog appears authorize it.

It will reboot into Safe Mode.

To exit Safe Mode just reboot.

I am not root-ed. Perhaps someone who is root-ed will step into this thread.

I don't know if you can tell if it was ever root-ed. On some devices in the past you could.

My suspicion (and it is only a suspicion) is that it was root-ed, modified, and then un-root-ed and the modification is what is causing this problem.

Have you asked the person you bought it from about the problem? Was the problem always there?

I believe Root Checker tests for the presence of SuperSU. Even if that's absent, the firmware could still have been root modified or damaged in system, e.g. perhaps something the previous owner did, or a malicious app that uses root exploits. That "Exit X" looks like an adware thing, which is apparently in system. You might end up having to re-flash it with a clean ROM. Which you should be able to find here.
