Help why do i have issues with my htc m8?

google has given me the google fault every other second after clicking it away.
it seems after every update it gives me these issues, i even think about going back to apple :-(
does my phone hate me? my wife got the same phone but does not have issues.

Your phone does hate you or you've got a lemon. The latter is more likely though.
