Why do I have to press done after making a selection

Whenever there are different options to choose from as in the picture I used to just touch one of them and it was selected. Now I have to press done afterwards. Any way to disable this?

I've never seen an interface like that, so presume it's a feature of this particular app. If so, it's a question for the app developer (probably changed during an app update - if you have auto updates enabled these things can happen without you knowing).

Ok yes the app is Samsung internet and I tried it on chrome and it doesn't do that so I guess I'll try asking Samsung internet. Thank you
