Root Why do i keep getting throttled? 4g hack not work?

Im using Harmonia rom 3.17
and on the harmonia thread it says it has the "4g hack (removes throttle)"
Can anyone help me figure out what the hell is going on? 2nd month i been throttled, its driving me nuts.

Virgin mobile changed the way they do things since that was written. There isnt a way around it right now as far as I know.

So far with Mobster's Rom I don't get it maybe Harmonia's is out of date
