Why do my buttons look like this?

This appears to only happen on apps that use the standard buttons. Not to the buttons developers create themselves. Also in those gray text bubbles the text is lower than the center of the bubble.

Welcome to the Android Forums Luca Stronks.
Everything looks normal on that screenshot. What's the problem?
Aren't the circles supposed to be in the center of the sliding buttons, instead of somewhat above it?

Heck yeah!
That doesn't look right at all. Have you tried a restart?
Many times. Having this issue for more than a month now. Today I even did a software update and even that did not do anything. Only Samsung phones?

Samsung has had quite a few UI issues, that one there being a new one lol... If that's the only problem you have you're lucky. If the toggle function works like it should, I'd just leave it. Otherwise you may be looking at a factory reset to revert the UI back to normal..

Or maybe that's a DPI issue? An installed app or you changing the DPI value would do that.
