Why does android not have better accessibility features?

I have low vision and I noticed on the iPhone and Windows Phone, you can magnify the entire screen not matter what you're doing, even works on apps, does Google not care?

In ICS there is an system option that seems to help many people ...

Try setting ... Settings | Display | Font size ... to Huge.

Also if you are looking to magnify things with your camera to read labels and such better, as I know my Grandfather utilizes this: Magnify

Yeah, you can do that in ICS.

I'm using JB.

I have that option running 4.2.1. It is a custom ROM so I can't confirm it's there for everyone on JB.
