Why does Candy Crush stop working at level 68?

[Android Question]

I can't load level 68 of Candy Crush. The phone screen goes black and the game closes. When this happened the first time I uninstalled the App and reinstalled. You then have to start from the begining. So this is the second time I have worked my way up to level 68. Why can't I go any further?

You will need to consult the developer of the game, there is usually contact info posted in the play store. They would need to know the make and model of your phone.
