I really like my phone and the service provided by TMO. The only issue I have is with my email. When the phone was first purchased and set up, everything was fine. After some period of time (3 or 4 weeks), the phone stopped receiving email (using TWC - tx.rr.com). After verifying all settings, I re-booted the phone and once again, everything worked.
And again, after some period of time, I had no email access on the phone. Rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat....
I don't understand why this happens. The settings are not changing. There are times now when I have to boot the phone 5 or 6 times before the devices communicate properly.
The error message on my phone states: "Unable to connect to email server to verify your account information. No response from server."
Yet, while this occurs on the phone, I am able to access emails either through the web application, or using Outlook.
I don't know if the problem is with my phone or with my ISP?
