Why does my battery drain so quickly?

My battery drains so quickly. Im doing nothing with it and it still drains battery. It does not have water damage either.

Many things affect battery life. Applications running in the background may not be needed. Using an automated task killer from the play store may help. The 2 biggest drains are usually screen and network. If you are in an area with a weak signal or no signal the phone will use more power searching for a signal. In those instances, just switch to airplane mode when in those areas and back to normal when youre in a better coverage area. Try setting your screen brightness to auto, that will help also.
