why does my Note reset clock/calander

...whenever i remove/change the battery??
Back to Y2K ...annoying having to reset it every time.

I switched mine off, removed the battery and left it for 40 minutes. It had maintained the correct time when I restarted it so I suggest that you may well have a hardware problem.
