why does my phone keeps going off

well my phone keeps going off and not wanting to come back on for awhile. for it to come on i got to take out my SIMs card and the battery for it so come back on.

phone carrier: at&t

Almost sounds like a battery issue, but if it comes back without charging the battery the only possibility in that area is a temporary short in the battery - which would either clear itself right away or not clear itself without being charged.

I'd bring it in to AT&T and ask if they've ever heard of the problem and ask if they have a solution.
