why does my phone keep resarting like i turns on says andriod then turns off and keeps doing the same thing

That's called a bootloop. It's probably caused by a corrupted bit of memory which the phone needs to start up. Suggest you register on the forums and post your question in the section specific to your phone where someone may be able to help. Include some more information.
