Why does the app keep crashing?

just remember that the devil is in the details. we need more info like:
1. what phone do you have?
2. when does it crash"
3. is it all the time?
4. only when you are using it?
5. never heard of youband, what is it?

I have a Alcalel x 1 and I open the app and connect my watch and then the app crashes and then the watch gets disconnected and then I open the app again and connect my watch and then it crashes again and then the watch gets disconnected again and it keeps doing it and it kept on doing it when I used the app and watch on my LG k10 phone as well when I use to use my LG k10 phone.
what watch do you have? have you tried clearing cache for the app? is the watch paired with your phone?
What exactly is this "Youband"? Google comes up with "youBand by Xiaohui Zhao" and is an iOS app for iPhones.

i believe that is it. it is a wear app which is for android wear os watches.

There's an overwhelming number of one-star user reviews on youBand's Play Store page. The app crashing is apparently a common thing, not a good sign.
