Why dose my music pause automatically

To my knowledge, Here are 2 possible causes/Solutions
.
1) Another installed app is causing this issue. Restart your phone in safe mode and see if this continues to occur. Alternatively shut off batches of installed apps till you identify the offending app.
2)Go to Battery optimization and make sure that your music Is not optimized.
