Root Why is it that the only rom that works on my phone is cm7.2

Every rom I flash never works it always gets stuck or forcecloses the process.The only rom I can use is req cm7.2 beta 2.Can any one help with some advice.I really appreciate
it.
 
Are you making sure that you wipe everything???? I dunno how to answer since this has never happened to me....oh and how about trying to flash them again after the fudge up...that helps me when crap freezes after I flash
 
I do wipe system,cache,dalvik and format as well.I tried about every rom possible but then I always have to restore my backup of cm7
 
Monster,vipogen,lunar,pity,oa by u it was working but every time I hit thplay icon it openedthen said create account when I select yes it dissapeared then would return to dock like if I never was there.alot more roms to long to put down.
 
make sure that after you wipe, you flash the kernel specified in the original post whatever rom youre using, reboot back into your recovery and then flash the rom

You have "lazy" phone.
My phone is the same way, only works with cm7 based roms on CWM 5.0.2.8

My advice to you, go back to CWM 5.0.2.7 and use roms for this version of CWM

If somebody have an advice on how to run stock++ based roms on lazy phones, please let us know.

Tried to set CPU to 800Mz - reboots, force closes, and/or freezes
Tried new Open Android rom - reboots, force closes, and/or freezes

you could always just download the zip file containing only the cwm zip and try that. and you will still have the original kernel. the download file is at the bottom of the OP.
