Help Why is my phone saying no service

A WEEK AGO I WAS ON THE PHONE AND PUT MY PHONE DOWN PICKED IT BACK UP AND IT HAD NO SERVICE...IT KEEP COMING IN AND GOING OUT...WHEN IT GOES OUT I CANT MAKE CALLS OR GET CALLS...

do a factory reset and register the phone ...

If that doesnt work ... then you have a SIM problem .. get a New SIM from TMobile ,,, like <$30
