Why is the mohawk back in style?

Seriously...why? Is it because of Mr. T's Night Elf Mohawk grenades? Kid's in my neighborhood, athletes, celebs...what did I miss?

No cause for concern.. yet.

It's the mullet that we must be ever vigilant in being certain of its complete demise in our culture and utter extermination world-wide.
 
Maybe it is to commemorate the slaughter and then removal of many of the survivors of the Mohawk people in the late 18th Century. The Mohawks were fearful of losing their land, a fear founded in fact, and some fought against the revolutionary army of the US and also against the US in the War of 1812.
 
I had a mohawk most of my life.. I just got rid of it last year for work, I still have a faux-hawk but it's pretty lame compared to what I used to rock
 
Ugh the mohawk should not come back. The faux hawk is nice that actually still has versatile style between work and play.
 
I was just curios as to who/what kicked it off. I didn't realize that it was global at this point...African soccer players? Music producers? Seemed like it came back all of a sudden.
 
We can't exterminate the mullet. We need at least a handful of people to have them, as a warning from history.
 
What's scary is when both the Hawk and the Mullet interbreed...


However there's always someone who can make it work... :D
