Okay so my lg 4g motion isn't typing, i tried everything to get it back to type it's just not typing when i touch it

Have you tried to do a factory reset? It should fix the problem. You will lose all user data. Before performing the factory reset download AppTyrant from the PlayStore. Once you open it up it will Auto save all installed apps to the sd card in their .apk form.
After factory reset go to the folder on the sd card and copy/paste all .apk's to the root of the sd card (not in any folder, just in the same directory as all the folders /sdcard).
Then tap on one and select install. When done, select done then install another one.
This is way faster than having to find, download and install every app from the PlayStore.
