Check your WiFi is working properly? Try rebooting your router, as well as your whatever it is phone, tablet. or laptop.

i agree that it could be your router. regardless if other devices are connected to wifi or not, i would reboot the router as @mikedt suggested.

I've never encountered this, so agree that the problem is almost certainly with the WiFi. Assuming it's not a technical fault, is it possible there is some firewall or filter blocking some apps?
