Why no mobile version of this site?

Maybe worth noting that my browsers all accept cookies and Javascript is on.

You know what, that may be the simple reason some users are not getting the change following the menu selection, especially the javascript.

I was wondering about that. Many lower memory devices have it off by default (or rather, I know they used to) and many folks turn it off for security reasons, along with cookies I think.

And I think that the mobile apps are more effective than mobile browsing on our site anyway, but that is completely a personal preference.

I far prefer the full site to either as well.

Anyway, it's Android, where choice is good.

my only criticism is from the app if you click a link to another thread on android forums you get taken to the browser version vs it coming up in the app, otherwise I LOVE the app and use it all the time! love this forum!

Works fine on my Galaxy Nexus but dear lord it's ugly. With 4G, I just use the desktop version. One of the fastest loading sites I ever visit. Just bought tapatalk yesterday, looks slick.

Also, I tend to use Maxathon web browser, getting the full site, it does that fancy condensing the page text to fit in the browser, looks swell IMO.

under your mobile browser settings do you have mobile view ck'ed ? this enables mobile versions of web pages.

ok on my bolt every time I click the mobile version the full version reloads.
