Help Why phone memory is not accessible?

Hey everyone...

I have problem with my Ray, when I connect to PC Companion, appears warning "Your phone is detected by PC Companion, but the phone memory is yet not accessible"
And I following the instruction but, doesn't work

What could be the problem ?
How to resolve this issue?

When you have the USB cable plugged in to the device, try pulling down the notification bar and tapping USB connected, once this has been done you should hopefully have a option for Mount SD card.

Let me know how this goes.
