Help why phone needs google authentication

i have been trying to download play store to my phone but it tell me google authentications fail how shouid i do for that please help?

You may try clearing your cache partition or go to >settings>apps>all>Google services and clear the data there.

You can't install Play Store just like any app. You need to have the GApps framework installed as well. You can Google for it as I don't have the link handy.
