Help Why speaker volume is too low

My phones speaker voluke is too low
I have set the volume to max
But it still sounds low while ringing
Songs etc is this happening to all
Gs3 users or only me?

I use the "Volume+ FREE" app and the phone is quite loud.
Make sure after you install and set up the app you go into settings, sound, music effects, and toggle the Volume+ app instead of the MusicFX app.

BTW..........the "music effects" was not an option until i downloaded the new app.
