why the people are stuck with andriod.

"Better" is such a relative term. What is more suitable for one person or task may be totally inappropriate for others. That's one of the reasons why Android is so popular -- its availability on a wide variety of devices at differing price points and configurations makes it more likely there will be suitable solution for more people.
I haven't used Symbian in ages so I can't really comment on it's strengths and weaknesses other than to say that there will be people who prefer it and those who don't and internet discussion probably isn't going to change anyone's mind.
Since this is an Android user support forum and the platform debates never end well, it might as well end now. I am locking the thread, but feel free to PM me if you think it's a worthwhile discussion.

No one is stuck with Android. There are other options out there. If someone is using an Android phone it's because they chose to.
