Why this phone warms while charging?

Charging a battery generates heat, so all phones will warm to some extent when charging. If you are using it while it charges that will generate more heat.

Without knowing more there's nothing more I can say.

It's normal for a phone to be warm while charging. If you feel it's hot (uncomfortable to touch) while charging you might have a problem with the battery and get it checked out before it either damages the phone or burns you.
