Root Why unrooted

My phone has become unrooted:(
Is it possible that my phone has become unrooted because I changed the memory seats:confused:. What I mean is that when rooting the phone I had to store the root file on ex SD memory, that is now simply SD memory. The root file is still on the computer but on the SD memory The V file is on both.
What would you advise I do about this? Should I delete all the files and start again, or is there a simple fix?

Thanks for any advice:D

The su bin has to be in /system/bin, not on the external or internal cards.

SuperSU can be wherever it installs.

Does that mean that the root and v file can be where ever they want? I tried my TB again and it says my phone is rooted. I think I simply did not grant TB permission and it couldn't do its stuff
