I read it and some good points are made but to echo one of the comments, It doesn't explain(or I'm not understanding it properly) how it will be "America's Last"?

I agree, and I am not so sure it would be WW3.

Maybe "last" as in 'last available war'? Like, we've already reached our 'war quota' or something? I don't know, that doesn't really make much sense does it?

I would say that I felt it was a scary read when he said, we want a nuclear arms race in the Middle East.

Geo-politics are so confusing these days, makes me nostalgic for the good old days of the cold war, mutually assured destruction and The Hoff. Everything was much simpler then.

The US have good reason to threaten Iran. Iran have good reason to acquire nukes. Israel have good reason to want to stop them. Its simpler then it seems, but quite unfortunate.
Israel better not attack Iran, for their own good, and the worlds (I would be shocked if it started WW3, but the economic and social consequences would be bad). If they do, Europe better assume a hands off position, I don't want Germany and Co. getting my hands dirty.
