Why wont my phone install apks

I have the lg k7 with t mobile and im trying to install apks i tried disabiling lookout but that still doesnt help any ideas?
 
I have all security measures disabled in settings its literally i press the install button and nothing happens i have no overlaying apps preventing the install button from being clicked i used to have no problem installing apks

alright that is odd. So you don't even get a message saying you are out of room? No idea then.
 
I get no warning what so ever I can't just install it on my phone it then I get a warning saying file not supported if I use an apk installer the item just becomes unchecked
