I have an HTC One S Model # PJ40110 on Telus. I bought it with no OS and TWRP 2.1.6. I have updeated to 2.6.3.0 but i can't unlock the bootloader. Is there a problem with the token identifier below?

Thanks

I can't answer that, but if you have TWRP on it it must have been unlocked. In fact in order to update TWRP surely the bootloader must still be unlocked (you are flashing the recovery partition when you do that).

Why not use "adb sideload" when running TWRP to copy a ROM onto the device and see whether you can flash that? Only thing is that I don't know the One S well enough to know whether it's one of these devices you need to separately flash boot on if you are S-On (you can tell whether you are S-On or S-Off from the top of the hboot screen).
