Help Why won't Wfif with Cellular Data not work on Note 4 w/ lollipop

Greetings,

I recently upgraded to lollipop and I have been testing the ability to connect to a wireless network that does not have internet and still be able to use cellular data. It is not working on my galaxy note 4. I have seen it work on other android phones so what is the problem with my phone? My carrier is Att.

Only recent Samsung models, with their proprietary "Download Booster" feature, are able to do this; ordinarily data can only be routed via a single data connection (either wifi or cellular). Have you enabled this on your Note 4?
