Help why?

ok so my phone turned off and when i turned it on it tunrs on and shows the LG symbol then turns back off then back on shows the LG symbol back off it keeps doin this how do i fix it

no i just got it i connected it to my computer then i disconnected it cuz we had to leave then it started doin this

hmm that's weird. . did you try doing a battery pull for a bit or maybe do a reset to see if that helps?

yeah ive tried that a couple of times and it doesnt work its still doin it

i would just take the phone back to metro then and get a refund and by a new one again. . don't let them give you a refurbished one lol
