I guess (s)he means the model shouting at the phone in the "Got and Android Question" box - the thing that lets you post one of these "guest questions". You don't see it if you are logged in to the forum, so we will only see this occasionally.
I'm tempted to make a joke about the fact that she seems to be using an iPhone
. However, the truth is that you'd have to ask the forum admin or site designer who chose the image. I would guess that it's just a stock image, but that's only a guess.
