Wi-Fi connecting and disconnecting

Can a malware disconnect you from your Wi-Fi? As I have learned that virus doesn't exist in mobile devices, all that's left is a type of malware. But my device isn't showing any signs that it has a malware like what it should be. I've also tried checking if there's a timer active, the "always keep my Wi-Fi on", and all of them are right. So, if not, then what is causing my device to disconnect?

have you tried rebooting your router?

malware is usually more malicious then just disconnecting your wifi......so i doubt it is that.

Not yet. I'm gonna have to try it. So it is not because of a malware? Wi-Fi isn't disconnecting anymore, but I'm still concerned if this is a malware. If it is, then more problems will occur.

like i said before, what's the point of malware, if it only affects wifi? they are usually more malicious. people tend to blame malware or viruses or being hacked when something happens that they cannot explain. i never heard of malware or anything else affecting wifi.
