Hi there,
I think my phone has a software issue and I was wondering how to fix it. On two occasions, I've been at my girlfriend's house - the phone couldn't pick up the wi-fi; I tried turning on/off the wi-fi but that didn't work so I turned off my phone. On both occasions, the phone entered an infinite loop (where it would show the first 3 start-up screens, but it would restart before or immediately after the actual Android OS came online.
Removing the battery, sim card etc didn't work. The phone seems to work when I remove it from my girlfriend's apartment then try turning it on.
I've seen a few threads about the infinite loop problem, but the solutions all have something to do with rooting the phone. I've never rooted my phone. Can I change my gf's wi-fi settings to stop this from happening?
