Help wi-fi - Internet connection

My Internet connection has been a problem for the last month or so.
The software I added says there is a strong signal and my old tablet has no problem.

I've cleared the cache, turned the phone on and off and removed the battery with no luck.

Any ideas?

1 idea. Exactly what is the problem? "Has been a problem" doesn't really tell us much. What are you doing, what's happening, what's not happening, what are you expecting to happen, what phone make and model, what version of android, etc., etc.

I'd be interested in hearing what you have to say about your internet connection problem. My wife seems to be having a problem with her Motion and connecting to wi-fi also. Her phone will connect and even shows a good wi-fi connection, but the Metro easy wifi thing has the yellow triangle/exclamation mark. She can't go any where on the net while connected to wi-fi. This is at home, Starbucks, any where. She's not rooted, or have any mod what so ever.

My Internet connection is the problem.
"This webpage is not available." is the message I get most of the time. I connect rarely. I expect to be able to connect all the time
The phone make and model is the same as the name of this forum and it is Android 4.04 which is I assume what the phone came with.

As to what I am doing, I am sitting in the same place I almost always sit, about 8 feet from the router and trying to look things up.
The old tablet I have doe just fine but is and has always been horribly slow.

Root your phone (Easy) and get rid of that atrocious Easy Wi-Fi app. It has given me nothing but trouble on my LG Motion and my LG Spirit.
