my Wi-Fi bar is gray but not blue but it said the nectwork is not connected but I just did connected.

No network means the phone network, not the wifi network. They;re different things. Check your SIM card. Take the phone to the carrier's store and have them check the SIM card.
A gray wifi icon means that your phone is connected to the router, but not to the internet. That's a completely different problem, and probably something to do with the router.
