Is your signal strength weak? If so try moving closer to it. That's the only thing I can think of right now, maybe someone else will chime in.

I had the same problem but the answer was to press the 'pairing' button. I have an Orange wireless broadband connection. Does that help?

I had a similar problem with an internet tablet.

Neither my internet provider or the support from the tablet manufacturer could help. In the end after hours on Google, I found a comment about latest firmware on the router.

Try calling your internet service provider (i.e. whoever provides your telecoms line) and ask them if you have the latest firmware on your router for mobile devices. They were able to send the update down the line, and then within 5 minutes I had internet on my tablet.

Really hope this helps, because I know how frustrating this can be.

The tablet by the way was an Archos. It was okay, but I've just bought the Asus Transformer, and my god it is so much better.

If you want a fantastic Android tablet that turns into a netbook to compliment your phone (once you get your wifi up and running) I can thoroughly recommend it.
