Help Wi fi problem

hi i am using galaxy ace 2.2 .when i switch on my wifi it get connected to my home router.runs for some time but if i leave it for some time idle then wifi stops working while i have set my wifi sleep policy to never..
plz sujjest me something

Is your internet service provider Virgin media? and does it do a mini reset then loose wifi,
