Help Wi-fi problems with my sgs

hello peoples!

i was very happy with my SGS until yesterday. 2 nights ago, i was downloading applications, because here in norway we just got the android market (before we could only download free apps) and i started to search for new apps, and i downloaded some like i said. anyways when i was done with that, i just lockd it and so on. the morning after it stopped searching for wifi spots. i cannot connect any wifis anyomore. when i search for wifi spots i get this message
"unable to scan networks" and disables wifi automaticaly after that.
how can i get my WIFI back?
please help me guys.

What are the apps you've installed have they changed any thing to do with the wifi

i uninstalled them all. i think i downloaded 4-5 apps, but deleted them. and i never used the apps either.
