i have just bought a new s4 tried to download the smart switch app to transfer information from my s3, but it wont give me access even though it shows that it is connected. what is more surprising is that even my s3 which used to connect to the same wifi is now not giving me access though is shows that it is still connected.,but all other devises in the house do connect including my samsung laptop
