Help Wi-Fi problems

Today my phone is having problems with Wi-Fi. Everything works great on LTE but on Wi-Fi it is either extremely slow or says no connection. It isn't just my home Wi-Fi. I tried at a friend's home and had the same problem. Others in my home have no trouble with their device. I'm not on my third note 3 because T-Mobile broke the first one with the kitkat update, then sent me a replacement with a damaged antenna and now this. I don't get it.

Bad wifi radio or bad connection to the wifi antenna. Have the phone no more thn a few inches from the router and see what happens. If it's still no good it's the radio. If it works from there it's the antenna.

That's just for the knowledge. In either case, TMobile is going to be sending you your fourth Note 3 soon, because the last one they sent you is defective.
