Wi-Fi saved but not connecting

I click connect, enter the password and it says "connecting...."
Then it just says "saved" (and I can't use the Wi-Fi).

Other info:
- I've recently changed providers..
- Other devices can connect fine.
- My device connects properly to other networks.

Found the solution:
Forget your network. Power down your phone. Reset your modem and router. Once they are both back online. Power up your phone. And then try connecting to your network fresh again

Clear wifi information out of the device then restart your device then turn on WiFi on your device and let it search for the new WiFi connection, after it has located the router or WiFi source then we re- enter the wifi information into the device.
