Help Wi-Fi stuck turning on

On my Galaxy S2 4.0 after I turn off and on wi fi for like 5 or 6 times , the next time I try to turn it on , it gets stuck on turning on , and if I lock the screen , if I try to unlock it , I cant , it doesn't do anything , and I have to remove the battery and turn the phone back on .
It happens to me every day ... what should I do ?Please help me...

If the problem persists after a Factory Reset and prior to installing your app's and settings, then you may have a corrupted update and can either take your phone to a Samsung Service Point for re-flashing or, re-flash your firmware, using Odin, yourself. See under, "My firmware is not eligible for ICS yet but I want it now!", in post #1, here.

My bad then. I did not realise that you had bought it brand new with ICS already installed on it, out-of-the-box.

As it is a brand new phone under warranty you could just take it to a Samsung Service Point.
