Root Wi-Fi switching ON automatically at night !!

Hi All

I keep on installing/uninstalling apps on my new HTC one S.
From last 2-3 days, I am noticing that its wi-fi gets ON automatically at night some time.
Is there some application which is doing it ?

Is there any log being build somewhere which can tell me when and by whom wi-fi gets switched ON ?
