My Galaxy S5 has recently started exhibiting an annoying behavior. Somewhere around 1:00 in the afternoon, the wi-fi turns on by itself. While I do use the Timeriffic app, there is no scheduled event that would turn wi-fi on at this time,
My guess is that an app is turning it on, but I don't know how to figure out what app it is. From what I can tell, the apps that have permissions to turn wi-fi on or off are:
- Amazon Music
- Avast anti-theft
- Costco
- Facebook
- Facebook messenger
- GoPro App
- HP Print Service Plug-In
- Maps
- Office Suite Pro
- Movies by Flixter
Any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot this (short of deleting one app a day to see what stops it)?
Thanks,
Dave
