Help Wi-Fi Widget

I very stupidly uninstalled my Wi-Fi widget, as it was on the downloaded list and I thought it was something extra.
Anyway this means I can't connect to the Internet to re-download the widget.

Any ideas on how I can get around this?

I tried that, but it says 'Error' when I enable it. I assume this is because the underlying app was uninstalled.

Are you rooted? If you aren't , you shouldn't be able to uninstall anything that would cause your WiFi to not work. Try pulling the battery(if possible). Or you may need to do a factory reset.

Thanks for reply
No, I'm not rooted, not sure I even know what that is.
I may have to try the factory reset, but I hope to avoid that, just for the hassle factor.

Just resolved it.
I managed to download another wi-fi app, then switch on/off (not reboot), then activate the new wi-fi app, and it seems to work.
Thanks very much for all your efforts.
