Help Widget won't update to standard time.

The problem is not in the Widget, it is in your S5's settings.
You need to set it to use "Network Time", you are using the phone's internal clock which is not referencing the World Time.
My S5 updated precisely at 12:01 last night.
In fact, FWIW, my wife and I got into an argument over the clocks in our house this morning.
some were "updated automatically - Radio clocks via WWVB" and others were old style radios with digital clock displays...
My office clock, and the Kitchen Clock are both digital WWVB clocks... they have always displayed the same exact time as our cellphones.... when I showed her the phone's time display, she got all miffed up, but went to her bedroom and changed her radio clock
