Widgetlocker/Goto Lockscreen wake issues

With any aftermarket lockscreen, I disabled WAKE FROM ANY HARDWARE BUTTON, as I listen to music and want to adjust the volume without waking the phone.

However, even with those checked off, it still wakes the phone if I press the volume buttons. Why is this? Anyone else experience this?

What device are you on? Some Samsung devices do this.

Otherwise make sure you only have one lockscreen app installed at a time. I know GOTO in the past (possibly still) will activate even when it's disabled. (WidgetLocker won't). Also make sure you're not using an app like "No Lock" to disable the stock lockscreen and cause any button to wake the device.
