this is the only thing that bugs me off.. restarting the phone solves the issue though.. 
whenever I clear all running apps through task manager, widget locker closes

Ok, i got your point..but as a new user of android phone, i can see that my Optimus One RAM is 226mb on a normal use.. (referring to 512mb) and if the phone is in use for at least 5 straight days, i usually see the RAM went to 70mb..if I kill some tasks, it goes back to 180-200mb.. with that, i can experience laggy screens with below 70mb RAM..this is the only thing that bugs me off.. restarting the phone solves the issue though..
