Help Widgets taking forever to refresh

I've had my Razr since day one and have loved it for the most part. My concern is that over the past 2-3 days, widgets, such as Widgetsoid, Circle Launcher and Fancy Widgets Pro have all been taking a LONG time to refresh after I make changes to the settings.

Examples:
The clock on my Fancy Widget will lag behind, sometimes only a couple minutes, other times as much as 15 - 20 minutes.

If I change the icon used for one of my circle launcher widgets, they don't refresh automatically. I changed all 5 widgets and when they didn't update after about 5 minutes of inactivity, I rebooted my phone and they all updated.

For my widgetsoid widget, I changed the icon color from white to gray and I have no idea how long it took to finally update them, as I gave up watching the widget.

All of these changes used to be almost instant after I changed the settings. Can anyone think of what may be causing this to occur?

From what I read in another thread circle launcher does not work well with stock launcher and may cause a lot of lagging.

I have not observed that as I'm not using any widgets so far that would refresh often, but on mine it causes massive lag in the lock screen animations (unlock to home/camera). I have written to the dev about that but have yet to hear back.

Finally I have found a topic about time delays. Let me start by telling you my system.

Motorola-Xoom-Family.
LauncherProPlus - seven screens.
Docks - 3
Folder Organizer:
4x3 - 2
4x2 - 7
Circle Launcher - 26

Videos widgets such is calendars - 3
Green Bay Packers (had to get that one in) Clock & Schedule.

Total programs - 250
total uninstall programs - 75

I would think that the above would really be maxing out the overhead you would expect on a tablet. Listed below are the approximate timing that I experience:

Turning system on from dead start - 2:00
Switching between the seven screens. Very slight delay, not even sure if I should call it a delay.
Activating Circle Launcher or any other launchers, for most part, instant.

I have no real problems. But I have no idea if I'm on the high-end as far as how many programs or launchers or widgets I should be using. True if I have no problems I shouldn't be worrying about it. but i do.

This problem is gone now; I'm not entirely sure why, but I believe it was resolved by a phone reboot sometime since I noticed the issue.

I switched from stock launcher to adw ex and all my lag issues, including widgets not appearing until after a reboot have been resolved.
